- I retain the rights to the finished art.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- Full payment for services upfront in EUROS(€) only. Contact me to ask about possible payment methods.
- No refunds.*
- Client CAN use commissioned art for non-commercial use as long as I am credited as the artist.
- Any commercial use of my art must be discussed with me upfront.
- Client can stay anonymous and request that the finished art not be publicly shared.
- Client must confirm they are 18 or older when ordering NSFW (gore or porn) commissions. A simple "I am an adult." when contacting me about a NSFW commission will do. If I find out that the client has lied about being an adult, the commission will not be completed, a refund will be issued, and the client will be blocked from contacting me.
- Client CAN NOT use commissioned art for nfts and to train AI models.* A refund will be issued only in the case of the client lying to me about their age to order NSFW commissions and the commission has not been finished.
Turnaround time is 4-14* days depending on how long my queue is. If there are any delays, I will notify you.* An exception applies for "Tiny doodle" commissions offered on my Ko-fi which have a 2-4 day turnaround time.
- Client contacts me about what they'd wish to commission. Once I accept, client must pay in full.
- 1-3 days after payment has been received, the client will be sent the sketch to be approved. Client may ask for any changes, including a completely new sketch (up to 3 times).
- After the sketch has been approved, I'll start working on the piece. I do offer occasional progress updates but you can always contact me to ask for updates as well.
- Once the art is done, the finished piece will be sent to the client. Client may ask for small changes (color adjustments, small prop additions, etc).
- After the final product is approved, the client will be sent the final .png file and the art will be posted to my Bluesky and/or Ko-fi (unless requested otherwise).
By commissioning me the client agrees to all of the above terms.
